BizKarm is a fast‑growing platform designed to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) expand affordably, starting with free business listings and scaling through powerful features. We are seeking a Marketing Strategist who can craft and execute innovative campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand SMB needs and align campaigns with BizKarm’s offerings.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, influencer outreach).
- Design and execute traditional marketing campaigns (events, print, local outreach, partnerships).
- Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversions, brand awareness, and retention, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Innovate with creative, cost‑effective marketing ideas that maximize reach within budget.
- Document activities, results, and insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and manage a marketing team as BizKarm scales.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2–5 years in digital/traditional marketing, preferably with SMB or SaaS platforms.
- A proactive, trend‑setting marketer with strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent writing and digital content creation abilities (blogs, social posts, ads, videos).
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, social media ads, CRM systems, Canva/Adobe tools.
- Strong understanding of public sentiment, branding, and content‑driven marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, report outcomes, and suggest improvements.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
