Platform Representative – Field Operations

BizKarm platform is a new business enablement, customer engagement and retention tool that we have developed to change how small and medium businesses can improve their sales. This super economical platform unlike others on the market enables a full customer acquisition to retention lifecycle for the businesses that until today only big businesses were able to afford and use.

ProdCom Tech is looking for a representative to go out in the field, speak with local businesses (small or medium) and tell them about the platform. Educate them on how the BizKarm platform is useful for customer engagement and retention.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Objective

The BizKarm representative will be responsible for visiting local businesses, educating them about the application, onboarding and registering them on BizKarm platform. Also promote and register individuals on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • This is a field job that requires the individual to visit and meet businesses in the area.
  • Identify market locations to target on a daily basis and travel to target the small and medium business.
  • Understand the platform and educate small and medium businesses, including educational institutions etc.
  • Encourage businesses to register on the platform by explaining them the benefits.
  • Assist them with Registration both businesses and individuals.
  • Handle questions, objections and provide solutions to encourage sign-ups.
  • Register a minimum of 5 new businesses per day on the platform.
  • Ensure each business registration is complete, accurate, and verified.
  • Lead Generation for bigger platform usage.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business owners for future registration.
  • Submit a daily report of registered businesses with proper details.
  • Update the team lead/manager on progress and challenges faced.
  • Build positive relationships with business owners for long-term engagement.
  • Act as a point of contact for any queries from registered businesses.
  • Maintain daily performance and ensure quality of registered businesses.
  • Tasks may be adjusted as the market is explored and new ideas are discussed.

Compensation:

This role is purely commission-based for first month, with incentives for exceeding the daily target.
Commission given as the payout for registering and activating businesses on the platform.
Additional payout for every business registered beyond 5 per day.
No allowance provided for travelling for the job.

Post 1 month of success (criteria may vary based on the region), a 10k base pay will be set with some targets and post the target commission kicks in.

Location & Timing:

Work from your preferred location, travel to various local businesses as per your schedule throughout the day to have them register.
